About
The Name
Electric Trolley Company was formed in late 2022 in Vermont.
The name is inspired by the trolley system found in and around Vermont in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. An era where communal train cars helped folks navigate their daily tasks and city infrastructure.
The building in Burlington’s Old North End currently housing local (and band) favorites Old Spokes Home and Pho Hong was previously a trolley car repair/service station.
